Who we are

Deep Work Studio is operated by Deep Work Studio. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, you can contact us at glecjalandoni@gmail.com.

What data we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address only. We do not collect any other personal information.

Why we collect it

We use your email address for one purpose: to notify you when Deep Work Studio is ready to use. We will not send you marketing emails, sell your data, or share it with third parties.

Lawful basis

We process your data based on your consent, provided when you submit your email address through our waitlist form. This is in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the UK GDPR.

How we store your data

Your email address is stored securely. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

Data retention

We will retain your email address until the product launches and you have been notified, or until you request its deletion — whichever comes first. After launch, waitlist data will be deleted within 30 days unless you have created an account.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw your consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email us at glecjalandoni@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Third-party processors

We do not currently share your data with any third-party data processors. If this changes, we will update this policy and notify you.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
